We are committed to creating and facilitating compelling programs to provide foundational learning skills by offering volunteer teaching and learning services, distributing free books and other learning materials to children and schools, and facilitating professional development training programme for teachers towards achieving the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDG, 4).
Hearts to Help Foundation Literacy and Numeracy Project is fundamentally inspired by United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDG NO. 4) – to ensure universal literacy and numeracy and an increased number of people with foundational learning skills for academic success.
We provide structured lessons in reading, writing, and basic math for children aged 5–16—giving them the academic foundation they need to thrive.
Our classes take place in a nurturing space where every child feels valued, heard, and encouraged to participate.
Our team of dedicated volunteer teachers bring patience, love, and skill into the classroom—committed to helping each child learn at their own pace.
From textbooks and notebooks to pens and learning aids, we equip every child with the tools they need to learn effectively—at no cost to them or their families.
We integrate values and moral teachings into our lessons, helping children build character, confidence, and compassion.
We organize and facilitate professional development training for Licenced teachers towards providing advanced knowledge and skills required to addressing lack of numeracy and literacy skills among children
Students demonstrated strong English communication skills, improving both spoken and written expression.
Many children who started with little to no literacy skills gained the ability to read and write effectively in English.
Students learned to identify numbers and perform basic arithmetic operations—laying the groundwork for further education.
Timid and withdrawn children developed boldness and self-assurance through classroom participation and encouragement.
